Q. I don't have a website for my practice. Can I still use your solution?
A. Yes, you can still use DermPRO even if you don't have a practice website. The store can stand on its own, with or without an associated practice website. If you're looking to build a website for your practice, we can discuss with you several options for building a website or an integrated site and store for your practice. If you already have a website, we will create store that offers a seamless experience for your customers, and will work with your web developer to add appropriate links from your site to your store.
Q. What if I want to sell private-label products or other products that currently aren't included in your catalog?
A. We are continually adding products to our database, with ongoing maintenance of product descriptions and images. We endeavor to focus on professional skin care lines that are exclusive to the professional channel. However, there may be products you want to sell that aren't already in our catalog. If the products are commercial brands that we believe other DermPRO clients may also want to sell, we will generally add the products to our catalog free of charge.
For private-label products, we charge a small one-time fee of $25 per SKU to add your private-label products to the catalog.
